Upon ordering a few items from DERBY HOUSE online I am extremely disappointed with the speed of delivery. I purchased the items nearly three weeks ago and having received parts of my order in numerous packages arriving at different times I am still waiting for common items such as a headcollar and jodhpurs! They boast delivery within 3-4 working days not 3-4 weeks. Upon enquiring why my items still have not arrived they said that they were not in stock at the time, which was not stated on the website, and some parts still have not been dispatched. I will not be using them again however would recommend equestrian clearance for people who want excellent customer services.

I have used Derby House Horse shop several times I have found them excellant service very good quality products.

Ordered 3 pack of rugs on offer for £50, took weeks and weeks to arrive then weren't as described - they sent Katie Price rugs!! They did accept them back though.
