I was delighted with my caldene excel turnout rug till the hood fell off. I sent the hood back but shop would not replace or refund till I sent the rug as well. Given that we have temperatures of minus 8 and my horse is clipped this was impossible. They suggested I bought another rug meantime and were totally unhelpful. They gain a faulty neck cover and lose my custom
