This supplier of wormers is ok when things go right, however, worst seller when things go wrong! I have been a loyal customer for over three years, however, when I last ordered my wormers, I did not receive them. Company did not return any of my emails or phone messages, when I did get an answer on the phone, the staff were very unhelpful and almost called me a liar about not receiving the wormers. After stalking the company for almost 3 weeks, I eventually received replacement wormers but no apology or compensation. I would urge anyone to avoid this company, there are lots of other good companies offering wormers at the same price and 100% better service. The company shows not regard for customer loyalty, and has put my horses health at risk but obviously are not concerned about this.

After service terrible goods recieved not as specifically ordered, totally inconvenienced by the company, out of pocket due to endless phonecalls,will not use again or recommend.Only good thing to say
