I bought from Hope Valley Saddlery at Somerford park and have been left very disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased, amongst other items a Kingsland Show Shirt which after a single wear and wash is coming unravelled at the seams. I returned it to the shop assuming I would be able to get a replacement but sadly it was not to be this simple. Despite the sales person in the shop knowing (and acknowledging) that she had sold me the item, the General manager, James Lewin, told me that without a receipt I was not entitled to return the item. Furthermore without returning it to Kingsland he would not accept it was faulty and would not exchange it until Kingsland had confirmed it was faulty. This again was in spite of the sales person in the shop saying that as far as she was concerned it was faulty and gave me a receipt stating that it was being returned due to 'faulty' stitching!! I rang Kingsland who agreed that the item did need to be returned to them and that if it

I am saddened to say that my 2nd purchase through Hopevalley was a terrible disaster. I had to return a rug for a wrong size in late September, and made several phone calls and sent quite a few emails to make sure my item would be changed in the correct size. It took me a month to finally be able to speak to whoever eventually shipped the rug to me (everyone had kept just saying the person would call me back "right away as temporarily not at the desk" , but was never able to give me details on the shipping, nor tracking number, nor to confirm whether the package had been at least prepared or sent or not). Eventually found out the package was lost... And no one bothered to inform me or ever called back. Another shipping was then made, with a color that I did not want - and was not even spontaneously warned that my chosen color had run out of stock. To make a long story short, exhausted, I managed to finally receive the correct size in the color I did not want, on Novembe
