Not very happy with service! Ordered a pair of boots which were lovely but too small. Had to pay £7.50 to return (expensive but fine) then discovered they had deducted their postage costs from my refund, another £7.00 even though their site said free delivery on orders over £50! Apparently it states this in their t&c (right at the bottom very small print) so be warned if you do order from this site be 100% sure you will not return it :0(
