Spent over £135 on various items on 05/07/13 which have not arrived. Sent numerous e-mails/phone calls to the company, never once receiving a reply or getting through. Thoroughly frustrating. My review?....Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Ordered two pairs of children's jodhpurs on 6th August 2013 and the money was taken out of my account the following day . . . it is now 29th August and no jods. Had one email saying order being processed but nothing since then and no response to several emails. Really disappointing.

Ordered some jodhpurs on 2 Aug 13, delivery supposed to be 2-3 days but as of 19 Aug they still haven't arrived. Looks like I've just wasted £40+.

Took over a week to send fly mask ordered and when it eventually arrived was the wrong size. Couldn't get hold of anyone to put it right so cancelled the order. This took several emails on my part and there was no apology or effort to put things right. All the emails we semi automated and signed customer services so you never felt you were dealing with an actual person at any time. Refused to refund my card until I returned the item at my cost. When I pointed out that this was slightly unfair since it was not my mistake they very grudgingly agreed to refund the return postage (that is cutting a long story short as it took numerous emails and several days to to get to that point). I took them at their word and sent back the item recorded delivery. They refunded the original amount charged to my card but not the return postage. Several emails later they replied to say they had sent a cheque refunding the postage. It is nearly 3 weeks later and no cheque has been received and it never will. Sent a final email to say how disgusted I was by their outright lie to get me to return the item but of course got no reply. Still, I have learnt a valuable lesson - do not just order from the cheapest supplier when ordering online - stick to the reputable and honest traders who will fulfil your order efficiently and make an effort to put things right if it does go wrong. Trade with these people at your peril as they obviously have no scruples about telling complete untruths to their customers plus they are totally inept.
