Was very anxious about my order after reading a lot of negative reviews but my order for easyboot back country hoof boots was placed 27th Aug and they have arrived today (31th Aug) very impressed with their service and will be using them again.

Seriously poor customer service. Item went missing, not their fault but having to chase several times for a replacement, then refund was not funny. When I called they really couldn't give a hoot. Avoid!

Buyer beware of this company. Their website does not show live stock records. They sat on my order for 3 working days before advising item not available. Interestingly though, I received a dispatch notification after one working day but apparently that was sent by a member of their packing department ticking a box. Received an email that Easyboot send them whatever and they have no idea what they are getting until received. Interesting way to run a business. Saddlery Shop advised they have refunded me via Paypal but nothing showing on my Paypal account - dispute raised with Paypal. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I received the wrong size riding hat for my daughter - I returned it from Ireland in "as new" condition at my own expense requesting correct size replacement - after no response they then denied receiving my parcel - when advised that I had proof that they had, it miraculously appeared on their shelf - I remained polite through all of this but their "responses" written and verbal were consistently disrespectful and sarcastic - additional payment for replacement plus delivery charges was taken from my bank without any discussion - to be avoided - slapdash, rude and dishonest.
