Don't rate this company at all. Bought a fly fringe which came apart very quickly, posted a review on their site which they acknowleged then removed! Find their instore service unhelpful usually and am shocked that their online items are cheaper than in store..seeing as i have to drive there!.

Most of the things they stock are cheap and not so cheerful! I bought a bridle, used it twice and it came apart which made it unusable. The branded items they sell are really expensive compared with other online shops. The service is poor at best. The delivery is quite quick and they will refund postage when you send your item back as faulty.
